Salman for new tech to build ‘Smart Bangladesh’

Prime Minister’s Private Industry and Investment Adviser Salman F Rahman yesterday urged all to adapt with new technology to build ‘Smart Bangladesh’, envisioned by Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina.
“To build a Smart Bangladesh, we have to keep pace with the new technology that has come to the world. We have to move towards making ourselves smart citizens,” he said.
Salman, also lawmaker from the Dhaka-1 constituency, said this while speaking as the chief guest at a district conference of the Ansar and Village Defense Forces at Nawabganj in the city, said a press re-lease.
In his speech, Salman said Bangladesh has been recognized as a role model for development in the world.
“This has been possible due to the able leadership of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina. Before taking any decision, the Prime Minister takes into consideration whether it will benefit the people,” he added.
