A security coordination meeting of DMP aiming to observe the Language Martyrs’ Day and International Mother Language Day smoothly was held yesterday.
The meeting was held at the conference room of DMP headquarters with Commissioner Habibur Rah-man in the chair.
Considering the importance and significance of the day, representatives of various intelligence agencies, Proctor of Dhaka University, Directorate of Health, Dhaka North and South City Corporation, Dhaka WASA, representatives of various service organizations of the government including fire service and senior officials of DMP gave valuable opinions in the coordination meeting to ensure the security.
Biplob Kumar Sarker, Joint Commissioner of the DMP presented the overall security plan through Pow-er Point presentation.
Additional Police Commissioner Dr Khandkar Mahid Uddin; Md Munibur Rahman; CTTC chief Md Asaduzzaman; DB chief Mohammad Harun or Rashid, Joint Commissioners and Deputy Commissioners were also present at the meeting.
