Bangladesh Meteorological Department (BMD) yesterday forecasted rain in different parts of the country today.
“Light to moderate rain/thunder showers accompanied by temporary gusty wind is likely to occur at a few places over Chattogram division and at one or two places over Khulna & Barishal divisions,” said a Met office bulletin issued this morning.
Weather may remain mainly dry, with partly cloudy skies elsewhere in the country.
Day temperature may rise slightly, while night temperature may remain nearly unchanged across the country.
The highest temperature on Sunday was 36.1 degrees Celsius in Sandwip, while yesterday’s minimum temperature is 19.9 degrees Celsius in Tetulia.
The sun sets at 5:35 pm yesterday and rises at 5:55 am today in Dhaka.
