Bangladesh Meteorological Department (BMD) yesterday forecasted rain in different parts of the country today.
“Light to moderate rain/thunder showers accompanied by temporary gusty wind is likely to occur at one or two places over Rangpur, Rajshahi, Mymensingh, Dhaka, Khulna, Barishal, Chattogram & Sylhet divisions,” said a Met office bulletin.
Day temperature may fall slightly and night temperature may remain nearly unchanged over the country.
The highest temperature on Monday was 35.5 degrees Celsius in Khulna, while yesterday’s minimum temperature was 21.5 degrees Celsius in Tetulia.
The sun sets at 5:41 pm yesterday and rises at 5:52 am today in Dhaka.
