The audition for the second season of “Quraner Noor,” a Quran recitation competition, will begin in Barishal on Saturday.
Baitul Mukarram National Mosque Musalli Committee is organising the mega reality show – Quraner Noor International Hifzul Quran Competition-2024, powered by Bashundhara Group, the country’s leading business conglomerate.
The competition will be held on the premises of Darul Quran Arabic Madrasa at Kashipur in the city, organisers said.
The national-level champion of the competition will win Tk10 lakh while the international champion will get Tk15 lakh.
The recorded programme will be aired on the satellite television channel, News24, and its YouTube channel from the first day of Ramadan.
