Three parked buses torched in Cumilla

Cumilla: Miscreants set three parked buses on fire on Dhaka-Chittagong highway at Kotbari Biswa Road in Cumilla district early Thursday ahead of BNP’s daylong hartal.
Alamgir Hossain Bhuiyan, officer-in-charge of Sadar Dakkhin Police Station, said three buses of ‘Tisha Paribahan’ were kept on the highway in front of Irish Hill Restaurant.
Miscreants set fire to the three buses around 3 am and fled the scene.
On information, fire service men rushed to the spot and extinguished the blaze .
Police are trying to identify the arsonists, said the OC.
