Jatiya Party (Manju) will start distribution of party nomination forms for the Jatiya Sangsad (JS) polls under 14-party alliance with ‘Boat’ symbol from today.
The interested candidates will be able to submit nominations at JP central office here till 24 No-vember paying a fee of Taka 10,000, a press release said yesterday.
JP central office is located at 5/5, 2nd Floor, Block-A, Lalmatia, Dhaka-1207.
Interested candidates can also dial to their office numbers–01712-025137 and 0170-5541719 – for any information regarding nomination form collection and submission.
JP Chairman Anwar Hossain Manju, MP, has sent a letter to the Election Commission (EC) men-tioning that JP will participate in the upcoming 12th national elections as part of the 14-party alli-ance.
In that letter, the ‘Boat’ symbol has been specified as the election symbol of the candidates of JP, the release added.
