The Bangladesh Army has continued its humanitarian assistance operations in flood-affected areas of Chattogram and the Chattogram Hill Tracts (CHT).
According to an Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) release, army personnel provided medical treat-ment and healthcare services to flood-affected people in Hathazari upazila of Chattogram.
In Rangamati, the Army distributed relief materials among flood victims and provided necessary assis-tance to affected residents.
Army members also distributed relief goods in Fatikchhari upazila of Chattogram. In addition, medi-cines were distributed among people affected by the floods there.
The Bangladesh Army will continue its humanitarian efforts to alleviate the sufferings of flood-hit peo-ple and ensure emergency assistance in the affected areas, the release added.
