“The Prime Minister has expressed deep concern over the illness of a veteran politician, former minister and a person who has made significant contributions to the country and its people. Following his instruc-tions, we discussed with the attending physicians to ensure the best possible treatment,” he said.
“We pray for Barrister Rafiqul Islam Miah’s speedy and complete recovery and have conveyed our sin-cere sympathies to his family members,” Bitu added.
