Hatiya UNO Alauddin placed on OSD

Md Alauddin, the upazila nirbahi officer (UNO) of Hatiya in Noakhali, has been placed on Officer on Special Duty (OSD) following the circulation of a video on social media showing him in an intimate moment with a woman.

The Ministry of Public Administration issued the notification on Tuesday, stating that the order will take immediate effect in the public interest.

Earlier on Monday, the controversial video involving UNO Alauddin and the woman was posted across multiple Facebook accounts.
