PM Tarique to work on Saturdays to speed up administration

Newly elected Prime Minister Tarique Rahman will now attend office on Saturdays as well in a move aimed at accelerating administrative activities.

The decision was taken to bring greater dynamism to governance and ensure faster impleSoon after assuming office, the prime minister also decided that lawmakers would not receive duty-free cars or plots, a move that has drawn widespread praise.
