The Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) has introduced special hotline numbers ahead of the upcoming 13th national parliament election and referendum slated for February 12 next to ensure swift police re-sponse and maintain law and order.
City residents can report any election-related information, complaints, or violations of the election code of conduct through the mobile numbers, 01320037358, 01320037359 and 01320037360, according to a DMP press release.
The DMP stated that these hotlines aim to facilitate quick communication between citizens and law en-forcement to prevent any activities that may disrupt the election process.
The DMP has sought the sincere cooperation of city residents to help ensure a free, impartial, and fair election by promptly reporting any irregularities or security concerns.
