The National Committee, formed to review the contracts signed under the Quick Supply of Power and Energy (Special Provisions) Act, 2010 (Amendment 2021), yesterday submitted its final report.
The committee members submitted the final report to Power, Energy and Mineral Resources Ad-viser Muhammad Fouzul Kabir Khan at his ministry office.
The adviser said that the report will be sent for review by the power division and they will deter-mine the next course of action as per the government’s instructions.
