Painter dies of electrocution

Staff Reporter:

A 35-year-old painter died of electrocution while working on a four-story building in the Adabar area of the capital yesterday.
The identity of the deceased could not be known immediately.
Inspector Faruk, in-charge of the Dhaka Medical College and Hospital police camp, said the painter was electrocuted and fell from the building while working on its exterior in the Shekhertek area.
He was later taken to Dhaka Medical College and Hospital, where doctors declared him dead around 5:30 pm.
The body has been kept in the DMCH morgue.
