President condoles death of Khaleda Zia

President Mohammed Shahabuddin has expressed deep sorrow and grief over the death of former Prime Minister and BNP Chairperson Begum Khaleda Zia, describing the death as an irreparable loss to the nation.
In a condolence message yesterday, the President said Khaleda’s uncompromising role in establishing democracy and the rights of the people will remain memorable in Bangladesh’s political history.
The President prayed for the eternal peace of her departed soul and expressed his deepest sympathy to the bereaved family.
