EDC’s tenure extended till Dec 31

The government has extended the term of Enforced Disappearance Commission (EDC) till December 31.
A notification signed by Cabinet Secretary Dr. Sheikh Abdur Rashid was issued on Monday saying the order will come into effect from July 1.
