1581 more crime suspects held

In an ongoing nationwide crackdown on troublemakers to uphold the law and order, 1581 more individ-uals were netted in the last 24 hours till Monday morning.
In a statement, the Police Headquarters said that 969 of the total detainees were apprehended in previous cases and outstanding warrants while 612 others in various criminal charges.
During the operation, one country-made pistol and seven rounds of bullet were seized.
