Chief of Air Staff of Bangladesh Air Force Air Chief Marshal Hasan Mahmood Khan on Friday returned home after an official visit to Italy.
During the visit, the air chief attended AeroSpace Power Conference (ASPC) 2025 on 8-9 May at the invitation of Lieutenant General Luca GORETTI, chief of staff of the Italian Air Force, read an ISPR media release.
Air chiefs, military, and civil high officials of different countries attended the event.
Besides, the Bangladesh Air Force chief visited Leonardo Facilities at the invitation of the Italian military equipment manufacturer Leonardo S.p.a.
It is expected that the visit of the air chief will play a vital role in strengthening the bilateral ties and enhancing the scope of mutual cooperation in the professional sectors between Bangladesh and Italy.
Air Chief Marshal Hasan Mahmood left Dhaka for Italy on 7 May.
