Twelve officers of the rank of Additional Deputy Police Commissioner (ADC) and one officer of the rank of Assistant Police Commissioner (AC) of Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) have been transferred.
The transfer was made in a notification signed by Inspector General of Police (IGP) Md Moinul Islam on Saturday.
Among the transferred officers are police officer Md Enamul Haque Mithu to Pirojpur in-service training centre, Rubaiyat Zaman to Sunamganj in-service training centre, Md Rafiqul Islam to APBn, Mohammad Alauddin to APBn, Mirza Salahuddin to BPA of Rajshahi Sarda, SM Jahangir Hasan to Naval Police and Mohammad Shahidul Islam has been transferred to the Industrial Police.
Besides, Masuk Mia has been transferred to Railway Police, Kazi Maqsuda Lima to Tangail PTC, Badruzzaman Zillu to Kushtia In-Service Training Centre, Khandaker Rabiul Arafat to RAB, Md Elias Hossain to Rangpur Range DIG office and Assistant Police Commissioner Mahfuzur Rahman to BPA of Rajshahi’s Sarda.
