Md Harun new DG of RAB

Additional Inspector General of Police Barrister Md Harun-Ar-Rashid has been appointed as the new di
rector general of the Rapid Action Battalion (RAB).
A gazette notification of the Public Security Division of the Ministry of Home Affairs issued in this re
gard on Wednesday.
The order will come into effect on June 5, it said.
Harun-Ar-Rashid will succeed current RAB DG M Khurshid Hossain.
