Justice Md Ashfaqul Haque will serve as the vacation court judge of the Appellate Division of the Su-preme Court from March 24 to April 28, 2024.
A notice in this regard signed by the Registrar of Appellate Division Md Saifur Rahman has been pub-lished on the website of the Supreme Court.
It has been said in the notice that Justice Md Ashfaqul Islam has been nominated by the Chief Justice as the vacation judge, for the settlement of urgent matters related to the cases of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court during the ongoing vacation of the court, starting from today.
It was also said in the notification that, Justice Md. Ashfaqul Islam will take the hearing in the Chamber Court of the Appellate Division from 11am as a vacation judge on March 24, next March 27 and 31, April 3, 8, 9 and 15.
