Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina on Saturday held a meeting with German Chancellor Olaf Scholz on the sidelines of the Munich Security Conference.
The meeting was held at Hotel Bayerischer Hof, conference venue, on Saturday afternoon.
During the meeting, the two leaders expressed satisfaction over the existing relations between the two countries.
They also discussed various issues of mutual and global interest, according to the meeting sources.
Foreign Minister Hasan Mahmud and Foreign Secretary Masud Bin Momen were present at the meeting.
The prime minister arrived in Munich on Thursday evening on a three-day official visit to join the Munich Security Conference 2024.
She will leave Munich on Sunday night and is scheduled to reach Dhaka on Monday.
