Govt approves medical college in Narsingdi

Narsingdi: The government has approved the establishment of Narsingdi Medical College, paving the way for expanding medical education and healthcare services in the district.
Ministry of Health and Family Welfare issued a notification in this regard on Sunday.
Currently, academic activities are being conducted at 37 government medical colleges across the country.
Medical colleges in Narayanganj, Munshiganj and Thakurgaon have already received government ap-proval.
