Female students outnumber male in SSC exams

The female students have outnumbered their male counterparts in terms of pass rate in the Secondary School Certificate (SSC) and equivalent examinations-2024.
A total of 10,24,803 female students passed the examinations with 84.47 percent success rate this year while the number of successful male students is 9,88,794 with 81.57 percent pass rate, according to the SSC results published here yesterday.
Last year, the pass rate of female students was 81.88 while success rate of male students was 78.87, sim-ultaneously female students also outnumbered their male counterparts in terms of getting GPA-5.
Among the GPA-5 holders, 83,353 are male and 98,776 are female students this year, the statement of the results added.
