Rains likely today

Bangladesh Metrological Department (BMD) forecasted rain or thundershowers in parts of the country today.
“Rain or thunder showers accompanied by temporary gusty wind is likely at one or two places over Rangpur, Mymensingh, Dhaka and Sylhet divisions and the region of Cumilla,” said a met office bulle-tin.
Weather may remain mainly dry with temporary partly cloudy sky elsewhere over the country.
Day and night temperature may rise by (1-2)°C over the country, it said.
Country’s highest temperature was recoded in Teknaf of Cox’s Bazar at 33.7 degree Celsius on Friday.
