136 police inspectors transferred

The Bangladesh Police has transferred 136 inspectors from their current stations, according to two notifications issued on Wednesday.

The notifications came to media attention on Thursday.

As per the notifications, the inspectors have been transferred to police ranges in Dhaka, Mymensingh, Barishal, Khulna, Sylhet, Rangpur, Rajshahi, Chattogram and concerned metropolitan areas.

The officers have been asked to join their new offices on 29 November.
