Bus catches fire in Mohakhali

A passenger bus of Baishakhi Paribahan caught fire in Dhaka’s Mohakhali on Saturday night.

No casualties were reported in the incident, which occurred in front of the Department of Disaster Management around 9pm.

Confirming the news, Md Shahjahan, duty officer at the control room of the Fire Service and Civil Defence, said two firefighting units rushed to the scene.

The cause of the fire could not be known immediately.
