Swedish embassy warns against fake documents

The Swedish Embassy in Dhaka has urged visa applicants to refrain from submitting forged or manipu-lated documents, warning that such attempts will lead to immediate rejection and may be reported to all Schengen member states.
In a statement issued yesterday, the embassy advised applicants to ensure the authenticity of their sub-missions.
“Make sure you only submit original documents with your visa application.
Fraudulent, falsified, or manipulated documents will result in immediate refusal. Furthermore, the cir-cumstance that you submit non-original documents will be known by all Schengen states,” read the statement. It reiterated that visa processing strictly adheres to the rules and standards set by the Schengen cooperation framework.
Schengen area countries are- Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and Switzer-land.
