The 2009 BDR carnage probe commission has issued a public notification asking everyone concerned to provide proofs regarding the heinous crime.
The massacre happened 16 years ago, but the commission is moving smartly to ensure the investigation is fair and credible.
People can visit the website: bdr-commission.org, or send emails through comission@bdr-commission.org to deliver relevant witnesses and evidences.
People can also personally visit the office of the probe commission or send responses via the postal and courier services. When needed, probe commission members may visit the residences of evidence providers. In special cases, identities of evidence providers will be kept secret, said the notification signed by probe commission chief Major General (Retd) ALM Fazlur Rahman.
The evidences can be of various types including: statement of surviving individuals, statement of other witnesses and intellectuals, newspapers, images, videos, audios, call records, mobile messages and Whatsapp number, said the notification.
