The government has appointed M Obaidur Rahman, Additional Secretary of the Ministry of Public Administration, as secretary of the Ministry of Industries.
The public administration ministry issued a gazette notification in this regard, said an official re-lease here yesterday.
The appointment takes place following the retirement of senior secretary of the Industries Minis-try, Zakia Sultana.
