Authorities on Thursday said the next secondary school certificate (SSC) exams will begin on 10 April and continue till 8 May. Officials must ensure all practical exams are held by 18 May, a notification said.
The exams would begin after the next Eid festival expected to fall on 1 April.
The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education issued a notification in this regard, saying the board reserves the right to change the exam routine whenever deemed necessary.
On the first day, Bangla Paper 1 exam will be held under all the nine general education boards of the country: Dhaka, Rajshahi, Cumilla, Jashore, Chattogram, Barishal, Sylhet, Dinajpur and Mymensingh.
The exams would cover full syllabus with full marks on a full duration.
