Wahiduddin’s comment on election his personal opinion

Chief Adviser’s Deputy Press Secretary Apurba Jahangir yesterday said Education Adviser’s comment on the national election was entirely personal opinion.
“There was no announcement from the chief adviser in this regard,” he told a press briefing at Foreign Service Academy here.
Education Adviser Wahiduddin Mahmud on Saturday said he would like to see a politically elected gov-ernment next year.
“I think we’ll see a politically elected government next year. This is my opinion, but I’m not sure what will happen,” he told a conference organized by the Bangladesh Institute of Development Studies.
