Two die as truck crushes auto in Tangail

Tangail: Two people died and three others were injured after a sand-laden truck collided with a bus and fell on top of a CNG-run autorickshaw at Kalihati upazila of Tangail on Tuesday.
The incident happened on the Tangail-Mymensingh road in Chatipara area of the upazila on Tuesday afternoon.
The deceased were identified as Hiraman Begum, 70, of Shialkol village in Bhuapur upazila of Tangail and Abdullah, 11, of Tarabari area in Narandia union of Kalihati. Kamrul Faruk, officer-in-charge of Kalihati Police Station, confirmed the matter.
The injured were admitted to Tangail General Hospital, he said
