The High Court yesterday dismissed a writ petition seeking postponement of announced election sched-ule for the 12th parliamentary election and challenging its legality.
A High Court bench comprising Justice Mustafa Zaman Islam and Justice Md Atabullah passed the or-der.
Earlier on November 29, Advocate Md Yunus Ali Akanda filed the writ petition.
