Members of Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) have arrested two fugitives accused from Kadamtali area in the capital last night in the case of fruit trader Mosharaf Hossain murder in Borhanuddin of Bhola dis-trict.
The arrested were identified as Sujon, 24, son of Bashir Patoary and Md. Bashir, 55, son of Abu Patoary, both from Borhanuddin police station of Bhola district, Deputy Director of Rab-10 Aminul Islam told yesterday.
Aminul Islam said, being informed, a team of RAB-10 conducted a drive in the Matbor Bazar area of Kadamtali police station in the capital and arrested Sujon and Bashir, the fugitive accused in a murder case in 2023 of Borhanuddin police station of Bhola district.
According to RAB, during preliminary interrogation, the arrested accused has admitted their involve-ment in the murder. After the murder, they were hiding in various areas including Kadamtali of the capital.
The arrested were handed over to the concerned police station.
