Dengue death hits 133 as 3 more die in 24 hrs

Three people died of dengue and 1,463 new patients were hospitalized across the country in the 24 hours until 8:00am on Wednesday.
With the latest fatalities, the dengue death toll has risen to 133 in the country this year, according to the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS).
The new deaths were reported in Dhaka North City Corporation, and Mymensingh and Rangpur divisions.
Since January 1 this year, a total of 46,938 dengue patients have been admitted to hospitals across the country.
Of them, 43,553 have been discharged after recovery, according to the DGHS.
