Home Minister Salahuddin Ahmed and Social Welfare Minister Abu Zafar Md Zahid Hossain yes-terday visited Professor Dr Md Asadur Rahman at Dhaka Medical College Hospital (DMCH), who was injured in an attack of miscreants in the city recently.
The ministers visited the hospital around 4:15pm and inquired about the physical condition of Dr Asad, head of the ENT Department at DMCH.
They also talked to the attending doctors about the progress of Asad’s treatment and wished him a speedy recovery. The ministers assured him of giving all necessary assistance for treatment.
Dr Asad was seriously injured in an attack by a group of criminals in front of Popular Diagnostic Centre at Shantinagar in the city several days ago. He is currently undergoing treatment at DMCH.
