One child died from measles and three others with related symptoms in the 24 hours till Thursday morning, said the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS).
The total death toll has reached 605 in just over two and a half months since 15 March, the DGHS said.
During 8am Wednesday-8am Thursday, 69 patients were diagnosed with measles and 1,136 others with related symptoms.
Since 15 March, 9,260 people, mostly children, have been diagnosed with confirmed measles infection and 75,708 others with related symptoms.
Since 15 March, 61,194 people have been hospitalised with measles and symptoms, and 57,043 have been discharged following recovery.
