Army chief visits pre-Hajj training for army pilgrims

Army Chief General Waker-Uz-Zaman visited a pre-Hajj training programme for Bangladesh Army pilgrims at the Army Officers Club in Dhaka Cantonment on Wednesday.

Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) informed this in a press release on Thursday.

The two-day training was arranged as part of preparations for the Bangladesh Army Hajj Caravan 2026.

During the visit, the army chief greeted the pilgrims and wished them a safe, peaceful and successful Hajj journey.

A total of 287 pilgrims under the Army Hajj Caravan 2026 will travel to Saudi Arabia in two flights this year.
