Bogura: Two Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) examinees were killed when a truck hit a motorcycle in Nandigram upazila of Bogura district on Wednesday.
The deceased were identified as Nehal, 17, son of Ratan Ali of Nandigram upazila and Limon, 17, son of Liton Ali of Natore district.
Both of them were students of a local high school in the upazila.
The accident occurred at 12 pm when the speedy truck hit a motorcycle carrying the two students on way to their homes from school, leaving them dead on the spot, said Mizanur Rahman, Officer-in-Charge of Nandigram Police Station.
Police recovered the bodies but could not arrest anyone as the driver managed to flee the scene.
An unnatural death (UD) case was filed in this connection.
