Religious affairs Dr AFM Khalid Hossain on Monday said that if people can practice the ideals and teachings of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) in all aspects of life they can build a discrimination-free society and a state based on justice.
He was speaking at a discussion session held at National Press Club in the capital to explore the teachings of equality and social harmony preached by the prophet. The event marked the Eid-e-Miladunnabi, believed by some to be the birthday and dying day of the prophet.
