A total of 104 Higher School Certificate (HSC) examinees, including 55 in Dhaka, who were arrested in various cases for their alleged involvement in the atrocities during the recent quota reform movement, were granted bail on Saturday.
Eight HSC examinees were granted bail in Chattogram, six in Sylhet, 15 in Rajshahi, four in Khulna, 12 in Rangpure and, four were granted bail in Mymensingh divisions.
Earlier on Friday, a Dhaka court granted bail to 42 HSC examinees who were arrested in various cases for their alleged involvement in the mayhem during the recent quota reform movement.
Of the total 42, 37 students are from Dhaka city and five are from the district.
Dhaka Metropolitan Magistrate Mohammad Rashidul Alam granted the bail.
