3-storey building tilts in Ctgm

Chattogram: A three-storey building tilted at Saraipara in Pahartali area of Chattogram city on Tuesday.
The incident was reported around 12 pm and a fire service rescue team rushed to the spot to vacate the building for its residents’ safety.
Chattogram Fire Service deputy director Abdur Razzak said drain renovation work was going on at Pa-hartali Saraipara area since morning while the three-storey building tilted suddenly.
Two units of fire service are evacuating the residents of the building, he said.
Earlier on November 25, a four-storey building tilted in Raufabad area of Baizid Bostami in Chattogram city.
District administration formed an investigation committee in this regard, but the report is yet to be pub-lished.
