2 Indians killed in road mishap

Satkhira: Two Indian nationals were killed and another was injured in a head-on collision between a truck and a private car in front of the BGB camp in Taltala area under Sadar upazila of the dis-trict yesterday.
The deceased were identified as Asim Kumar Biswas hailing from Siliguri in India and Chobi Biswas, hailing from Karimpur in India.
Locals said a Satkhira-bound private car from Khulna collided head-on with a truck coming from opposite direction in the area around 8 am this morning, leaving two dead on the spot and another injured.
The injured was admitted to Satkhira Sadar Hospital, Deputy Assistant Director of Satkhira Fire Service Station Md. Saifuzzaman said.
The bodies were sent to Satkhira Sadar Hospital morgue, he added.
