Minister visits Chinese national at hospital

Health and Family Welfare Minister Sardar Md Sakhawat Husain yesterday visited Chinese national Zhengling Hong at National Institute of Burn and Plastic Surgery (NIBPS) yesterday.
Zhengling Hong was injured in an accident in the factory at economic zone at Mirsarai in Chattogram on Monday.
During the visit, the minister assured the relatives of the Chinese national that the burn institute could provide him with the best possible treatment.
Even then, if the relatives wish, they can take Zhengling Hong back to his home country, he said.
Hospital sources said injured Zhengling Hong was brought to the hospital on Tuesday night.
The accident occurred when molten iron splashed out due to a furnace malfunction at the factory of Farmic Steel Limited in the Mirsarai Economic Zone.
