Staff Reporter:
The government has reshuffled judges of the lower court, in what would be the biggest judicial overhaul since the February general elections.
The judges have been transferred to different courts following consultations with the Supreme Court, the government said in six separate notifications issued Thursday.
They have been instructed to join their new duties by 22 September, said the notifications issued by the Ministry of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs.
Any of the transferred judge who is currently on leave or in a training programme can join their new workstation after the end of the leave period or the training session, the notifications added.
