2 die of Dengue, 573 new cases

Health officials today said they recorded 573 fresh cases of dengue onslaughts killing at least two per-sons in the past 24 hours till Monday morning.
“During the period, (of the 573) 104 patients were hospitalised in Barishal division, 83 in Chattogram division, 143 in Dhaka division excluding the capital, 80 in Dhaka South City Corporation (DSCC) and 73 in Dhaka North City Corporation (DNCC) areas, 31 in Khulna division, 14 in Mymensingh division, 44 in Rajshahi division and one in Sylhet division, a Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) statement said.
