Seven districts get new SPs

Staff Reporter:

The government has posted new superintendents of police (SPs) in seven districts.
The Public Security Division of the Ministry of Home Affairs issued notification signed by Deputy Sec-retary Md Mahbubur Rahman in this regard yesterday.
According to the notification, new SPs have been appointed in Barguna, Bagerhat, Narsingdi, Narayan-ganj, Meherpur, Narail and Natore.
It also said that police officers, who served as SPs in seven districts, were transferred to different units of Bangladesh police and made officer on special duty (OSD) under Public Security Division of the ministry.
The order will be implemented immediately in the public interest.
