The government yesterday appointed new secretaries to the Ministry of Water Resources, Ministry of Social Welfare, and the Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Division.
The Public Administration Ministry issued three separate gazette notifications regarding the appoint-ments.
Md Mokabbir Hossain, senior secretary of the Ministry of Science and Technology, has been transferred to the Ministry of Water Resources.
Rehana Perveen, Executive Chairman of the National Skills Development Authority (NSDA) holding secretary rank, has been appointed secretary to the Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Divi-sion.
Dr Mohammad Abu Yusuf, additional secretary of the Finance Division, has been promoted to the rank of secretary and posted to the Ministry of Social Welfare.
