CA signs opening envelope of ‘Festival of Youth’

Chief Adviser Professor Muhammad Yunus yesterday signed the opening envelope of the ‘Festival of Youth 2025’, organized by the Ministry of Youth and Sports and under the overall supervision of the Chief Adviser’s Office (CAO).
The envelope opening ceremony was held at the State Guest House Jamuna here this afternoon.
Youth and Sports Adviser Asif Mahmud Shojib Bhuyain, and Information and Broadcasting Ad-viser Nahid Islam were present, among others.
The slogan of the festival is “Change the Country, Change the World”.
The youth festival began yesterday, which will continue till February 19, 2025.
The Festival of Youth, in collaboration with BPL 2025, will work to promote sports among the youth through various community engagements. Local sports tournaments and community cricket clinics will be arranged for the youth, which will help them to participate in and improve their skills.
There will be traditional food stalls in various fan zones. This will introduce regional cooking and promote local businesses, which will highlight the local cultural heritage.
Art exhibitions will be organised in the fan zones to showcase the creativity of local artists. This will give many artists an opportunity to connect with the local community and at the same time celebrate traditional and modern arts.
